First of all, I am looking about Bonuslink. Bonuslink about a company that produce a card to their customers. Bonuslink launched in January 1998, Bonuslink is Malaysia’s premier consumer reward programme. Their collaborate with Shell, Parkson and many more. Their customer will get a point based on how much they buy. After that, they can redeem their point at any Bonuslink center or any place that took part to redeem it.
The things that I have found In this sites is there a few contest. For example, Bonuslink 31million Bonuslink point to be won weekly contest. Besides that they also have a contest memeory match.
The idea for improvements Bonuslink are they sites can put a song to enjoy the customer or people who are open their page. Besides that, they can put a video about Bonuslink so people are more believe about the company.

MAYBANK
Maybank is a leading banking group in South East Asia. Maybank Group is the leading financial services in Malaysia catering to the needs of consumers, investors, entrepreneurs, non- profit organizations, and corporations. Maybank have found in 31 May 1960. The Official Maybank Facebook Page is managed and monitored by the Social Media team of Maybank Corporate Affairs and Communications. Their missions is to be a Regional Financial Services Leader. focus on capturing growth opportunities in high growth while taking a proactive and conservative approach to capital management by continuing to establish our presence in high growth markets
That I found in this sites is about promotion. For example, 50% discount on selected Best Sellers at MPHOnline.com if you order through M2U. besides that, there a promotion to who that like to travel because Tune Hotel is offering RM35 per night if you book a hotel use M2U. they also done a tournament which is Maybank Malaysia Open 2012.
The idea that I get for maybank for their sites is put a tiger roar. When their customer logged in into their sites, the sound automatically will come out and this will make the page more interesting. Besides that, they must put a video to entertain their customer such as they big event like Maybank Malaysia Open 2012 highlights..

TESCO

The thing that i gets in Tesco sites is about promotion whereas the promotion is all about ice cream flavour and handphone. Tesco is one of the world’s largest retailers with operations in 14 countries. They are proud to employ over 492,000 people and serve millions of customers every week.
The idea that I for Tesco is Tesco have to put more advertisement for their customer. This is because when they put the advertisement, their customer are getting easy to get known their latest promotion.

NAZA WORLD
The company that I have looking is Naza World. The Naza Group of Companies has include the principle of maintaining and building excellent customer  relationship and satisfaction from its initial business of motor trading. Naza Group of Companies is a Malaysian business conglomerate associated with motor trading, automotive franchises, property development, food and beverage and hotel management. The group began operations in 1975 as a motor trading company. The group has business divisions including vehicle and bike distribution, motor-trading, manufacturing, property development, food and beverage, hospitality, transport services, limousine services, automotive education, plantations, cigarette distribution, credit & leasing and insurance. The things that  I have found in Naza World facebook sites is about promotion of Naza to increase the sales and many activities that conducted by Naza World. For example such us BMW 5 series & Mercedes-Benz E-class promotion. Besides that, there are 14307  people are like the Naza page and 217 people are talking about the  Naza World.
Based on the  Naza facebook sites, there are some ideas for improvement to attract people or public  to visit the Naza facebook sites. They can insert the interesting video about Naza World activities, more picture, some music  background and also can add the background picture of the Naza site.

Besides that, the other promotion is  attractive downpayment rebate  plus 2 years free maintenance when the customer book a Toyota Vios on  month of February. This show that Toyota have many promotion to increase the sale and profit.
There are some ideas for improvement in the facebook sites such as publish the advertisement about the new Toyota. Besides that, there can insert some video from their activities to attract customer visit the Toyota sites. To make the Toyota sites more interesting, they can  add the background picture and music background.

LIMKOKWING UNIVERSITIES
The Institute was the first step forward towards achieving a successful and rewarding career for students. For parents the Institute was an eye-opener as they began to see the wide-ranging possibilities in creative careers. For industry it gave them an opportunity to participate in nurturing much needed creative capability. For government the Institute was a primary resource in developing creative capital.
In the Limkokwing facebook sites, I found that  Limkokwing sites has post about the COURSE: Bachelor of Arts (Hons) of Creative Imaging in Digital Photography. Besides that, there are some activities that carried out in the Universities and many news about the Universities. This will increase the number of people visit the Limkokwing facebook sites.

As a total, GSC has 191 screens and 23 GSC cinemas in Malaysia including East Malaysia. They are Mid Valley Megamall, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, 1 Utama, Berjaya Times Square, The Summit USJ, Cheras Leisure Mall, IOI Mall, Alamanda in Putrajaya, Shaw Centrepoint in Klang, Terminal 1 in Seremban, Dataran Pahlawan in Malacca, Berjaya Megamall in Kuantan, Pelangi Leisure Mall in Johor Bahru, Gurney Plaza, Queensbay Mall, Gurney Plaza and Sunway Carnival in Penang, Central Square in Sungai Petani, Ipoh Parade in Ipoh, 1 Borneo in Kota Kinabalu, Tropicana City Mall, East Coast Mall in Kuantan, and Suria Sabah in Sabah.

From this site, GSC also updates news and publishes a new movies becoming in cinema. But, facebook is different with tweeter. When they update a new status someone else will like or comment the status they talk about. In facebook, GSC will publish a latest photo about new movies. Indirectly, customer can comment or ask question directly to the customer service. In this site also they talk about celebrities’ news. GSC makes a promotion to attract more customers to watch the movie. They give information about their company and facilities that they give to customers. I think GSC should add more information about the movies. Update date, time and movies for today. GSC should making interesting sites and quite catchy.

From this site, the relationship between firefly and customer is good because through facebook customer can directly comment or asking to the customer services. It is also to attract more people to visit this site. They post a new promotion, contest, news, and so on. Other than that, it can help people to know about firefly without go to the airport.
Give more discounts on flight tickets to attract more customer fly with firefly in facebook. Firefly should make an interesting sites on facebook and quite catchy to attract people to visit this page. Always updated latest photo or activities that firefly conduct.

As the sales and marketing manager of the Bonuslink, I will gain an information or complaint from customer when I have a Twitter or Facebook. For example, if customer complaint about my company, I will know directly through these social networking. Besides that I also will get new ideas from the customer. For example, when I want a new ideas, I will ask the customer to give their opinion. I will do a contest to make sure the customer took part and give a reward to them.
Besides contest, I also can promote to the customer which if he or she is the 100 followers, they will get reward or prices. People will attract with the reward or prices and this will increase the sales.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, the main reason that the companies involves in this social networking is to improve their quality of business and also the advanced of the technology. The sites that most attracrtive and having huge number of followers is Bonuslink. Bonuslink have 59996 followers and 293 talk about this company and this show how active the Bonuslink in their social networking.
The main reasons for all companies engaging in Facebook sites is because they can update the latest news and share the news with the public. This will attract people to know about the company and increase the number of people visit the facebook sites. When somebody joins a Facebook page all their friends are notified, so you have the potential to gain from free viral promotion. Besides that, facebook making it very easy for messages to be forwarded again and creating a potential viral spiral. To communicate with clients/customers
The other reasons is to communicate with client or customer. The days of snail mail promotion are fast disappearing as it is increasingly difficult to obtain customer addresses unless their is a valid reason for having it. Online communication however, is still accepted by consumers as it is much less intrusive.
